It all started in 1964 when Ed and Margie Imo opened their first pizza parlor in a converted service station in St. Louis, Missouri. Armed with a family recipe, a dream, and an unwavering commitment to quality, they introduced the city to something truly special — a razor-thin cracker-like crust, tangy tomato sauce, and the unmistakable taste of Provel cheese.
What began as a neighborhood pizza shop quickly became a St. Louis institution. Generations of families have grown up with Imo's as the centerpiece of their Friday nights, birthday parties, and Sunday dinners. That tradition is something we're immensely proud of, and something we protect with every pizza we make.
Today, Imos Pizza continues to serve the same soul-satisfying recipes, freshly made daily at our Creve Coeur location. We've grown, but we've never forgotten where we came from — or the people who made us who we are.
